Recruiting Talent

One of the ways that Elimu improves socioeconomic outcomes for underserved youth is by advancing the launch of their dream careers.

We prepare and support young people to thrive, before connecting them with employers that want to find and nurture diverse, capable young people in entry-level positions.

You can share opportunities on our website and social media to reach our audience, or you can partner with Elimu to build a pipeline of talent from our employability training and mentoring programmes.  You can also partner with us to nurture talent through bespoke employability training, events and mentoring.

If your organisation is seeking to recruit entry-level talent and you are actively building a diverse, inclusive and equitable culture, email hello@elimu.co.uk for a brochure.

Nurturing Talent

When a young person gets their first ‘real job’ and their aren’t many colleagues who look like them or that they can relate to, it can be easy to feel like they do not belong.

We want our young people to feel confident in bringing their full selves to work, so that they can thrive. In support of this, we offer training to employers, to compliment the training that we provide to our talent.

Elimu’s Nurturing Talent workshops are designed to support the development of a working environment and culture where talent from all backgrounds can thrive.

If you’re interested in attending one of our workshops, or having us deliver a bespoke workshop for your organisation, contact us at hello@elimu.co.uk for a brochure or to arrange a call.
